Posturepals™ Thoracic
This device is designed to encourage correct spinal alignment with a focus on reducing ‘round shoulders’ and ‘poked chin’ postures.

It has been suggested that for every two to three centimetres your head moves forward, the load on your neck doubles.
Enjoy a strong, confident posture and place less load on neck and back muscles, joints and discs.

PosturePals exert a gentle force that encourages you to stand tall, draw back your shoulders and tuck in your chin. They can be useful for activities such as sitting at a desk, standing, dancing, shooting, archery, equestrian events to name a few. PosturePals can help encourage you to maintain the correct position in any activity that requires you to maintain an upright and relatively static position.

Posturepals™ Thoracic comes in 2 different sizes:
- Posturepals™ Thoracic Original
- Posturepals™ Thoracic Small

PosturePals™ Thoracic Small is used in exactly the same way as the PosturePals™ Thoracic Original but is designed for people with smaller frames.
The device measures 30cm across at the shoulders and 25cm high. This is compared to 36cm wide and 30cm high for the PosturePals Thoracic Original.
Please remember that you must allow an additional centimetre or two in width across your shoulders to accommodate the stretch that is applied to the PosturePals support during application.

PosturePals™ Lumbar
This device is designed to encourage a neutral spinal alignment for the lower back and may help to reduce ‘slouching’ or ‘slumped sitting’ postures.

Correcting the lumbar spine position in sitting also helps to reduce round shoulders and forward head position. It is very difficult to slouch through your upper back, neck and shoulders if you are sitting with your lower back in the correct position.

PosturePals™ exert a gentle force that encourages you to return to a neutral spinal position. This can be useful not only for maintaining a correct sitting posture but also for re-educating your lifting technique, golf swing or any other activity where your spine should stay straight. They can also be used at home or in the workplace to draw your attention to activities that require sustained or repeated bending. 
You can then modify your technique or workstation set-up accordingly.
